A device used to channel and/or amplify a telepath's thought-reading, thought-transmitting, mind control, or telekinetic power. The device has been used (and reinvented) multiple times on Arcadia.
Examples:
- Lt. Cmdr. Trichon Light wears a necklace that makes part of a powerful psionic amplifier.
