Paradisia
From USSArcadia
Star system LNU-9238 is a major inhabited star system located in the inner edge of the Orion Arm, 12 parsecs out from EK-384 and 10 parsecs out from current Federation borders. The primary is a G6V class yellow star, with 11 planetary bodies and one asteroid field.
LNU-9238 I-IV are small, rocky bodies, from Class B and D in composition, with numerous orbital mining facilities, ranging in distance from .5 AU to .75 AU from the primary.
LNU-9238 V, known by the inhabitants as “Paradisia” is a tropical Class-M planet, orbiting .92 AU from the primary. A large orbital docking facility handles immigrations and is capable of handling the largest vessels in Starfleet. LNU-9238 Va is a companion satellite to Paradisia, 300 thousand kilometers from its parent planet, and approximately equivalent in mass and size to Earth’s Luna.
Located between LNU-9238 V and VI is the asteroid field, with several mining facilities and shipyards for small, interplanetary craft.
LNU-9238 VI-X are Class J gas giants with large ring structures and numerous small moons.
LNU-9238 XI is Class C, essentially a giant snowball, of elemental water ice. There is some ice mining and shipment into Paradisia from 9238 XI.
