From USSArcadia
One of Cmdr G'tan's Isian rebels who beamed over to the SS Sussex, ostensibly, to help with the rescue effort, but really, to gather evidence of the loyal Elasians' involvement in the attack on the Sussex. Beamed over to Arcadia and became a guest of the Marines when Sussex was destroyed.
Fun fact: The name is an anagram for "beetle."
